Job Summary

To support efficient day-to-day business functions, the full-time remote Operations Manager will lead teams, drive performance, and optimize operational processes while collaborating cross-functionally to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Operational Excellence by overseeing daily operations to ensure alignment with business goals
  • Drive Performance & Accountability through setting goals, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring teams meet service levels
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration to identify operational gaps and implement scalable solutions with various departments
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience accepted
  • 3-5 years of experience in operations, program management, or team leadership in a high-growth, service-oriented environment
  • Experience managing teams and driving performance through metrics and structured accountability
  • Prior exposure to cross-functional work with teams such as Quality, Training, or Trust & Safety is a plus
