Operations Manager

Job Summary

To support the stable operation of ECAPE's network infrastructure, the contract-to-hire Operations Manager will provide technical guidance, manage the Network Operations Team, and oversee key functional areas including network security and service desk operations in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and monitor information systems operations, ensuring efficient network performance
• Lead the Network Management Operations team, prioritizing tasks and managing SLAs and performance metrics
• Develop and implement operational strategies and policies to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Networking, or Telecommunications
• 7+ years of related experience in IT Operations, including at least 4 years in a management role
• 5+ years of experience managing SLAs and performance monitoring
• Public trust level 5 security clearance
• Relevant certifications such as ITIL v4, CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE preferred
