Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience managing call center operations
  • Experience with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and knowledge of the Affordable Care Act
  • Proven leadership skills in managing and mentoring teams
  • Experience implementing AI solutions in call center environments
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
