Job Summary
Managing call center operations remotely, the full-time Operations Manager will oversee project budgets and team tasks while implementing AI solutions and providing leadership to a team responding to inquiries about the Affordable Care Act.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a remote team of Inquiry Response agents and Healthcare Business Administrators
- Implement AI solutions to enhance call center operations and streamline processes
- Collaborate with client leadership to address operational issues and improve service delivery
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience managing call center operations
- Experience with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and knowledge of the Affordable Care Act
- Proven leadership skills in managing and mentoring teams
- Experience implementing AI solutions in call center environments
- Familiarity with Salesforce and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
