Operations Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the operations team, the full-time remote Operations Manager will oversee project management, optimize processes using tools like Magento and Salesforce, and manage direct reports to ensure operational goals are met.

Key responsibilities:

• Support Operations Leadership in day-to-day operations and project management
• Oversee and implement operations-related initiatives, serving as a liaison between the operations department and external partners
• Analyze operational data and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or a similar field of study
• 4-6 years of experience in operations management within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the Nutraceutical, Wellness, or CPG industries
• 1-2 years of managerial experience, including hiring, coaching, and mentoring
• Operational Management Systems and 3PL experience are required
• Knowledge of eCommerce business models with proficiency in using Magento, Skubana, and Salesforce
