Operations Manager

Job Summary

To support the stable operation of network infrastructure, the contract-to-hire Operations Manager will provide technical guidance, manage the Network Operations Team, and oversee critical functional areas including network security and service desk operations in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and monitor information systems operations while ensuring compliance with organizational goals and SLAs
• Manage and prioritize the maintenance of network systems, including LANs, WANs, and telecommunications systems
• Supervise Help Desk teams, ensuring timely incident resolution and implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Networking, or Telecommunications
• 7+ years of related experience in IT Operations, with at least 4 years in a management role
• 5+ years of experience managing SLAs and performance monitoring
• Public trust level 5 security clearance
• Relevant certifications such as ITIL v4, CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE preferred
