Operations Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of operational staff, the full-time remote Operations Manager I will manage day-to-day operations for hospital clients, oversee staff performance, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while developing client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and staffing, including work assignments and performance monitoring
• Develop and implement effective communication channels and training related to policies and procedures
• Monitor project performance and billing procedures, providing analysis and implementing solutions for identified issues

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of management experience, overseeing at least 5 employees
• Preferred experience in hospital revenue cycle management
• Familiarity with state and federal programs and regulations such as HIPAA, ACA, and EMTALA
• Experience with hospital systems like STAR, EPIC, Cerner, or Meditech
