Operations Manager

Job Summary

To support the stable operation of network infrastructure, the contract-to-hire Operations Manager will provide technical guidance, oversee the Network Operations Team, and ensure compliance with organizational goals while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct the Network Operations Team to maintain and optimize network and server infrastructure
• Manage SLAs, performance monitoring, and incident resolution for Help Desk and security operations
• Develop and implement operational strategies and policies to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Networking, or Telecommunications
• 7+ years of experience in IT Operations, including 4 years in a management role
• 5+ years of experience managing SLAs and performance monitoring
• Public trust level 5 security clearance
• Relevant certifications such as ITIL v4, CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE preferred
