Job Summary

Driving operational excellence in a hybrid environment, the full-time Operations Manager will oversee resource management, workflow optimization, and cross-functional coordination to ensure timely delivery of programming and strategic initiatives.

Required qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in operations, program management, or project management within a creative or media organization
• Demonstrated success in leading complex initiatives across multiple teams
• Experience with project management platforms and AI-enabled productivity tools
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data and KPIs for operational decision-making
