Operations Manager

Job Summary

As an Operations Manager, the full-time remote position will oversee sector performance, manage escalations, and drive continuous improvement while collaborating cross-functionally with various teams to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Own sector performance by monitoring trends, providing coaching, and driving process improvements
• Represent operations during major customer meetings and partner with various teams to shape SOPs and support revenue initiatives
• Manage training and enablement efforts, ensuring new hires are effectively onboarded and trained

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience managing high-performing operations teams in time-critical logistics or supply chain environments
• Demonstrated ownership mindset with accountability for team outcomes, including hiring and compensation decisions
• Strong cross-functional influence and ability to align diverse teams without formal authority
• Experience managing distributed teams across various time zones with 24/7 coverage models
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
