Job Summary
Leading a customer-facing Tier 2 technical support team, the full-time remote Operations Manager will manage a blended team of System Engineers and Activation Technicians, ensuring timely resolution of activation and post-activation issues while driving operational performance and team development.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a blended team of System Engineers and Activation Technicians
- Own the identification, triage, and resolution of system fallout and order exceptions across activation workflows
- Coordinate cross-functionally with IT, Engineering, and Automation teams to resolve systemic defects and improve order flow-through
Required qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of related business operations management experience
- Proven leader with a passion for leveraging AI, automation, and emerging technologies to transform operations
- Track record of leading teams through transformation and implementing new operating models
- Skilled at developing talent and creating an environment of innovation and operational excellence
- Strong people leader capable of building an inclusive, high-performing culture across diverse teams
