Operations Manager

Job Summary

Managing day-to-day activities at one or more Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs), the full-time remote Operations Manager will ensure the uninterrupted supply of clinical and commercial products while collaborating with cross-functional teams to address supply constraints and maintain quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute production plans with CMOs to deliver clinical and commercial products on schedule
• Manage CMO meeting schedules and foster a collaborative environment with cross-functional colleagues
• Identify supply constraints and negotiate resolutions with CMOs to meet supply plans

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in Operations, Supply Chain, or Quality
• BS/BA degree in life sciences, business, or supply chain management
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional, multi-disciplinary teams
• Experience in a regulated GXP environment
• Familiarity with CAPA, FMEA, and RCA tools in a manufacturing context
