Driving CEO-level priorities for the AI Neobank app expansion, the full-time remote Operations Manager will manage execution across product, hiring, licensing, partnerships, and daily operations while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Drive CEO-level priorities from problem definition to execution
• Track OKRs, decisions, blockers, owners, and deadlines across teams
• Support licensing applications, country expansion, hiring, partnerships, and strategic projects

Required qualifications

• Experience in startups, consulting, operations, strategy, fintech, or founder-led environments
• Strong writing and structured thinking skills
• Ability to work directly with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
• High-ownership business generalist with strong execution discipline
• Comfortable handling ambiguity and urgent problems
