Operations Manager

Job Summary

As a full-time Operations Manager, the successful candidate will oversee project management communications, coordinate installation and maintenance of operational components, and ensure successful execution of client goals in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead regular communications with customers regarding project status and issues, including executive readouts
• Coordinate with project management and telemetry teams for the deployment and installation of operational elements
• Track deployment schedules and manage the inventory system for operational components to ensure timely project delivery

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of relevant experience in lieu of education
• At least 7 years of relevant work experience in operations management
• Experience in project management and coordination of technical installations
• Proficiency in managing communications and documentation related to project status
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring employer sponsorship
