Operations Manager

Job Summary

Managing data integrity and document collection, the full-time Manager of Referral Partner Operations will oversee a small team to ensure accurate lead and case data reconciliation while driving accountability and performance in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure accurate collection and reconciliation of lead and case data from external partners into Salesforce
• Drive document collection from partners against defined targets and hold them accountable for timely submissions
• Lead the team by prioritizing work, setting clear expectations, and coaching in real-time to maintain performance standards

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in operations, data reconciliation, or partner-facing roles with a focus on accuracy
• Proven team management experience, including setting expectations and conducting accountability conversations
• Strong project management skills with the ability to track multiple workstreams and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and reconciliation
• Comfortable presenting data and status updates to executives in an unscripted manner
