Job Summary
Driving operational excellence, the full-time remote National Division Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, lead cross-functional project delivery, and implement process improvements within a nationally recognized MEP+P consulting team.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure effective cross-functional project delivery
- Lead operational meetings, resource planning, and KPI reporting
- Improve workflows, SOPs, and project management processes while driving accountability
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Construction Management, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in MEP+P consulting operations
- Strong understanding of the engineering project lifecycle
- Experience with Monday.com, Microsoft 365, and KPI-driven operations
- Exceptional leadership and organizational skills
