Job Summary

To enhance operational strategy and execution, the remote Role Readiness Operations Manager will oversee the Onboarding, Ramp, and Bridge programs, ensuring effective delivery and continuous improvement while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the operational strategy and execution of readiness programs, maintaining program frameworks and ensuring effective delivery at scale
• Build and maintain standardized processes for program delivery, overseeing logistics, timelines, and content updates
• Partner with Sales Leaders and cross-functional teams to align readiness programs with go-to-market goals and facilitate feedback for continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations, Program Management, or Learning & Development, preferably in SaaS environments
• Proven ability to manage large-scale onboarding programs with operational rigor
• Strong project management skills with experience leading complex initiatives
• Experience collaborating with senior sales leaders and cross-functional teams
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to improve program effectiveness
