Operations Manager
Job Summary
Leading the end-to-end execution of the RFV program, the full-time Remote RFV Operations Manager will manage the delivery lifecycle from contract handoff to final report delivery, ensuring high-quality customer experiences and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Own the RFV delivery lifecycle, coordinating all phases from onboarding to final customer delivery
- Monitor workflow, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure timely commitments
- Establish operational standards and metrics to enhance process efficiency and scalability
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in operations management or a related role coordinating complex, multi-step work
- Proven ability to drive results across cross-functional teams and manage multiple customer commitments
- Strong operational judgment and prioritization skills
- Proficiency with CRM and project management tools
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations, agriculture, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
