Operations Manager

Job Summary

As a hands-on contributor in a remote capacity, the Operations Manager will oversee the execution of core operational processes, coordinate client transitions, maintain critical systems, and improve workflows to support effective client delivery and agency operations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate client onboarding, offboarding, and service changes, ensuring all operational requirements are met
• Administer and maintain operational platforms like Salesforce and ClickUp, ensuring accurate and current information
• Draft and maintain process documentation, including SOPs and training resources, to clarify operational expectations

Required qualifications

• 4 to 7 years of experience in agency operations, project management, or a related field
• Experience in a marketing agency or multi-client environment preferred
• Proficiency in administering CRM and project-management platforms
• Demonstrated ability to document and improve cross-functional business processes
• Practical experience with generative AI or automation tools to enhance business workflows
