Operations Manager

Job Summary

To maximize the impact of the Foundation for patients and communities, the contract Operations Manager will lead metrics and data insights, oversee employee engagement investigations, and manage operational activities, working flexibly from home in North Chicago, IL.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain the Global Philanthropy dashboard for measuring program impact and oversee data management for consistent tracking and reporting
• Manage community grants, including evaluating prospective grantees and coordinating with employee giving initiatives
• Oversee operations and processes related to invoice management, grant execution, and compliance reporting

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of operations experience, particularly in dashboard creation and metrics management
• Proficiency with new technology systems and reporting tools
• Demonstrated project management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in invoice management and financial tracking
