Job Summary

To support the Military and Family Life Counseling program, the part-time Operations Manager will oversee human resources duties and manage daily operations, ensuring timely fulfillment of government assignment requests and effective service delivery, while working remotely for less than 20 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee human resources duties and manage daily operations of the contract
• Ensure timely fulfillment of government worldwide assignment requests and coordinate logistics with stakeholders
• Implement efficient operational procedures to facilitate successful contract execution and quality service delivery

Required qualifications

• At least five years of experience managing program operations in a dynamic, international environment
• At least five years of experience in human resource management and financial management
• Experience with worksite/assignment tracking and stakeholder communications
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sciences, or a related field is preferred
• Experience managing SLAs under an incentive-based contract is a plus
