Operations Manager

Job Summary

To manage day-to-day operational activities for the Church Plaza business, the full-time salaried Operations Manager will oversee post-sale customer communications, order management, fulfillment coordination, and sales support while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the post-sale order process, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders
• Serve as the primary operational contact for post-sale customer communications and issue resolution
• Coordinate closely with the sales team to facilitate effective transitions from sale through fulfillment and delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Management, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience
• 5+ years of experience in operations, order management, customer service, logistics, or sales support
• Demonstrated experience coordinating complex customer orders involving multiple stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and implement solutions
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and experience with ERP or CRM systems preferred
