Job Summary

Leading the operational strategy for system integrations, the full-time Operations Manager, Systems Architecture will manage a high-performing team, oversee complex data pipelines, and ensure cross-functional alignment in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as a direct people manager, developing tactical plans and driving team performance against service line metrics
• Independently direct operational strategies for complex tool integrations, ensuring system stability and data integrity
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to resolve departmental bottlenecks and clear execution roadblocks

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in Operations Management, Systems Architecture, or related technical-ops functions
• Proven track record in people leadership with experience in setting operational roadmaps and mentoring team members
• Deep experience with enterprise tool ecosystems and managing multi-system data flows and integrations
• Exceptional ability to balance technical details with executive-level strategy and influence stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills with fluency in operational metrics to evaluate performance and streamline workflows
