Operations Manager
Job Summary
To support a global organization in Solution Engineering and Professional Services, the full-time Operations Manager will manage financial and resource operations, build capacity models, and deploy AI agents to enhance efficiency, working remotely or in a hybrid setting from New York or Berlin.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement AI agents and workflow automations to streamline operations
- Manage invoicing workflows and ensure revenue recognition accuracy in SAP
- Build dashboards and maintain operational rhythms for capacity and delivery health reviews
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in Ops/BizOps/Program Ops/PS Ops supporting technical teams in SaaS
- Experience with capacity planning and Professional Services forecasting
- Proficiency in using Rocketlane or equivalent PSA tools for resource planning
- Hands-on experience with AI agents and workflow automation tools like n8n or Zapier
- Familiarity with invoicing and revenue recognition processes in SAP or comparable ERP systems
