Key responsibilities
- Define and drive global content strategy, governance, and performance measurement across all regions
- Lead strategic content initiatives end-to-end, driving platform improvements and cross-LOB alignment
- Accelerate content operations by identifying automation opportunities and optimizing workflows for AI ingestion
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of each year of education
