Operations Manager
Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time salaried Management & Technology Consulting Operations Manager will drive internal operations, manage business processes, and lead technology initiatives in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own and continuously improve internal processes, operational workflows, and reporting cadences
- Lead project plans and status reporting for key Operations & IT initiatives, coordinating cross-functional dependencies
- Manage the penetration testing cycle and design data retention policies across core systems
Required qualifications
- 3-6+ years of experience in management and/or technology consulting operations
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent experience considered
- Hands-on experience with enterprise SaaS platforms such as Salesforce, Okta, or Google Workspace
- Working knowledge of IT security and compliance fundamentals, including penetration testing coordination
- Experience building AI-driven workflows is a strong plus
