Operations Manager
Job Summary
Driving quality and performance in daily operations, the full-time remote Operations Manager will analyze operational data, manage vendor performance, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Own SLA and performance tracking across vendors and operational workflows
- Analyze quality, performance, and operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Serve as the operational escalation point for performance and quality issues, partnering cross-functionally to drive resolution
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in operations, quality, or business process roles, ideally in SaaS or technology-enabled environments
- Demonstrated experience owning quality and SLA performance, including analysis and corrective action
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with raw data and reports
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams
- Proven ability to create and maintain SOPs and training materials
