Operations Manager, AI Enablement

Job Summary

Supporting AI enablement initiatives, the full-time Operations Manager, AI Enablement will manage day-to-day operations, oversee AI tool integration, and develop reliable use cases for automation in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and track performance against KPIs, ensuring alignment with team goals
• Support the rollout and adoption of AI tools, providing training and hands-on assistance to team members
• Map and improve operational processes, identifying opportunities for automation and AI integration

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Analytics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, business operations, or a related technical field
• 1-2 years of hands-on experience with generative AI applications using LLMs or similar technologies
• Strong working proficiency in Python, SQL, and experience with enterprise application integration
• Experience in delivering production automation or AI solutions with measurable business value
