Operations Manager, Collections

Job Summary

Seeking a proven collections manager, the full-time Operations Manager, Collections will work remotely with required travel, overseeing day-to-day performance of live agent collections teams and driving accountability and development within the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the execution of a multi-year maturity roadmap to improve collections outcomes
• Establish measurable performance baselines and build a robust performance management infrastructure
• Develop front-line managers and ensure sustainable results through effective coaching and accountability

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive collections experience with hands-on management of collections teams
• Demonstrated ability to manage daily operations in a high-volume collections environment
• Experience in building and implementing performance management frameworks
• Proven track record of developing leadership depth within a collections organization
• Ability to travel approximately 6+ times per year as required
