• Troubleshoot and resolve technical operational issues affecting e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, or e-commerce operations
• Advanced technical proficiency with Shopify and its app ecosystem
• Strong Excel skills for modeling and data analysis
• Experience managing end-to-end tech stacks and troubleshooting issues
• Ability to create strategic frameworks and reporting for decision-making
