Operations Manager Federal Reporting

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Manager Federal Reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations and oversee contractor operations and maintenance staff
• Ensure data models integrate with other systems and adhere to data model governance and best practices
• Develop operational policies and procedures, communicate project times and risks, and coordinate data transfer and deliverables

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 5+ years of data warehouse leadership experience, preferably in healthcare
• Demonstrated ability with CMS federal reporting and Transformed Medicaid Statistical Info Systems (T-MSIS) data quality
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Minimum 2 years of experience with large-scale and enterprise-level projects
