Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Manager Finance & Compliance.

• Oversee bookkeeping, financial reporting, and manage relationships with external accounting firms
• Maintain compliance calendars, coordinate regulatory filings, and manage annual audits
• Research legal constraints on grants and investments, and draft internal compliance policies

• Intellectually curious about regulatory frameworks and financial instruments
• Operational judgment with the ability to make decisions independently
• Financial literacy to read and understand financial information
• Experience in regulatory compliance or corporate administration is preferred
