Operations Manager for Referral Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Referral Management & Analytics Operations Manager for the Northwest Region.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and manage staff performance, including training and development
• Monitor project performance and billing procedures, ensuring compliance and conducting audits
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and collaborate with various operational facets

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of management experience, overseeing at least 5 staff members
• Preferred experience in hospital revenue cycle and familiarity with state and federal programs
• Knowledge of HIPAA, ACA, and EMTALA regulations
• Experience with hospital systems such as STAR, EPIC, Cerner, or Meditech
