Operations Manager - HCP Engagement

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Operations - HCP Engagement, Speaker Programs & Coupa.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations for workflow intake and issue resolution in HCPengagementNOW
• Manage end-to-end processes for Speaker Programs within the Veeva Events Management system
• Act as liaison for Procurement and Finance teams, managing vendor setup and financial workflows in Coupa and Bill.com

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5-8+ years of experience in Commercial Operations, Medical Operations, or HCP engagement roles
• Hands-on experience with Veeva, HCPengagementNOW, Coupa, and Bill.com
• Strong understanding of HCP engagement compliance standards and speaker program requirements
• Proven ability to manage detailed operational processes across cross-functional teams
