Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on Operations Manager, Healthcare AI to lead the launch and daily operations of a digital patient access hub in a full-time remote capacity, focusing on managing a hybrid workforce, ensuring service delivery, and optimizing AI integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct day-to-day operations, actively troubleshooting workflow bottlenecks and ensuring smooth transitions from launch to steady-state operations
- Manage and mentor frontline supervisors and specialists, fostering effective human-AI collaboration and continuous improvement of AI systems
- Ensure compliance with SLAs and regulatory guidelines while analyzing operational data to identify trends and implement tactical fixes
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field (equivalent experience may be considered)
- 5+ years of leadership experience in a healthcare contact center or Patient Access Hub
- Minimum of 5 years of direct people management experience
- Proven track record in leading new program launches and driving operational stabilization
- Experience managing and optimizing AI agents or intelligent automation within operational workflows
