Operations Manager II

Job Summary

Leading day-to-day operations for client portfolios, the full-time salaried Operations Manager II will manage staff, oversee performance, and ensure compliance within the Referral Management & Analytics service line, while collaborating with hospital clients and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage operational staff, assign work, and develop work schedules while monitoring staff performance
• Oversee project performance and provide monthly analysis, implementing solutions for negative trends
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring timely resolution of concerns and effective communication

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of management experience, overseeing at least 5 employees
• Hospital revenue cycle experience preferred
• Familiarity with state and federal programs and regulations, including HIPAA and ACA
• Experience with hospital systems such as STAR, EPIC, Cerner, or Meditech
