Job Summary
Leading day-to-day operations for client portfolios, the full-time salaried Operations Manager II will manage staff, oversee performance, and ensure compliance within the Referral Management & Analytics service line, while collaborating with hospital clients and internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Manage operational staff, assign work, and develop work schedules while monitoring staff performance
- Oversee project performance and provide monthly analysis, implementing solutions for negative trends
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring timely resolution of concerns and effective communication
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of management experience, overseeing at least 5 employees
- Hospital revenue cycle experience preferred
- Familiarity with state and federal programs and regulations, including HIPAA and ACA
- Experience with hospital systems such as STAR, EPIC, Cerner, or Meditech
