Job Summary

To support a clinical operations team, the full-time Operations Manager, Mental Health will oversee daily performance, improve workflows, and ensure high-quality service delivery for mental health evaluations in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage a clinical operations team of 6+ members focused on mental health evaluations and patient support workflows
  • Act as the primary liaison between clinical staff and internal/external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures to enhance efficiency and quality of service delivery
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in operations within a clinical or healthcare setting
  • Proven experience managing and developing teams, including oversight of operational or clinical support staff
  • Background in case management or clinical coordination preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive operational improvements
  • Excellent project management capabilities with a focus on execution and continuous improvement
