Operations Manager - Multi-State Licensed

Job Summary

Leading a team of 6-10 closers and escrow officers, the full-time Operations Manager - Multi-State Licensed will oversee hiring, coaching, and performance management while ensuring compliance and driving operational excellence in a remote environment across multiple states.

Key Responsibilities

• Directly manage team performance, conducting 1:1s, huddles, and performance reviews to foster a high-trust culture
• Own team KPIs, monitor pipeline health, and serve as the senior escalation point for compliance and operational issues
• Identify workflow friction and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and maintain compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in title, escrow, settlement, or closing with at least 2 years in a management role
• Hands-on experience across the full closing lifecycle from title to disbursement
• Strong knowledge of Federal and multi-state compliance regulations (RESPA, TRID, CFPB, BSA/AML)
• Proficient in Qualia and comfortable with data analysis
• Active title producer or escrow officer license in relevant states is a plus
