Job Summary
To ensure efficient departmental operations, the full-time salaried Operations Manager, Neuro-Oncology will oversee administrative, operational, and personnel management while collaborating with faculty and staff in a hybrid onsite/remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate workflows for administrative support staff, ensuring effective performance and coverage
- Manage human resource functions including recruitment, onboarding, and compliance with institutional policies
- Oversee daily departmental operations, budget monitoring, and support for financial reporting and inventory management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospital/Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- Four years of professional/administrative experience, including two years in a supervisory role
- Experience in operational leadership within complex, regulated environments
- Familiarity with HR processes and budget oversight in academic medicine or healthcare settings is preferred
- Completion of LEADing Self Accelerate and/or LEADing Self Discover programs may substitute for supervisory experience
