Operations Manager - People

Job Summary

Owning the onboarding process and enhancing People infrastructure, the full-time remote Operations Manager - People will coordinate with managers and teams to ensure seamless onboarding, maintain accurate People databases, and improve internal tools based on feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Own the onboarding experience by coordinating with managers, IT, and the Ops team to ensure smooth processes
• Maintain and update People databases as a reliable source of truth while structuring information for easy access through AI
• Transform recurring requests and friction into improved documentation, processes, or tools to empower managers

Required qualifications

• Experience in general operations or People Operations, or as a leader with direct ownership of People topics
• Strong analytical and modeling skills, with comfort in handling numerical data
• Proven track record of earning trust and managing stakeholders, including senior leadership
• Tech-savvy with a proactive approach to new tools, AI, and automation
• Demonstrated resilience to feedback and ability to maintain a strong organizational culture
