Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Manager, Process Innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute initiatives for new projects, process improvements, and customer experience enhancements
  • Build an expert understanding of operational and product logic driving the business
  • Project manage organization-wide initiatives and manage high-priority escalations
Required Qualifications
  • 3-4 years of experience in healthcare, consulting, investment banking, private equity, strategy, or a high-growth startup
  • Proven experience executing complex strategic and operational initiatives
  • Deep understanding of business and financial principles
  • Expertise in quantitative and qualitative analysis, including building complex Excel models; SQL proficiency is a plus
  • Passionate about mental health care and diversity, equity, and inclusion
