Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of provider overpayment recovery, including notification, validation, and collection
• Develop and execute strategies to maximize recovery yield and minimize uncollectible debt
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure compliance and accurate financial reporting related to recouped funds

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience in healthcare technology or finance is preferred
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with data analytics and business intelligence platforms
• Track record of developing and operationalizing key performance indicators (KPIs)
