Operations Manager, Provider Services

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Manager, Member & Provider Services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide operational oversight including compliance, program development, evaluation, and performance monitoring
• Collaborate with functional leaders to improve service to members and providers and support product growth
• Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements while developing and overseeing regulatory reports

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• 5+ years of healthcare or managed care experience
• 5+ years of service center experience or applicable work experience
• Project management certification preferred
