Required Qualifications
  • Proficiency in developing and delivering training in an eLMS format
  • Experience analyzing data and generating actionable insights from reports
  • Strong understanding of training and quality best practices
  • 2-5 years of experience in designing and executing eLMS training
  • Familiarity with privacy and security protocols, preferably in healthcare
