Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Manager for a US-based remote position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead multiple ancillary projects and drive team performance for exceptional customer survey results
  • Manage attendance, team huddles, training, and employee engagement
  • Handle workforce scheduling, call queue management, client interaction, and report generation
Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of team leadership in a contact or service-center environment
  • College degree preferred or equivalent experience managing 10+ people
  • Experience with CCaaS technology, NICE CxOne highly preferred
  • Customer Relationship Management experience (Salesforce or similar)
  • Demonstrated experience with post-sales customer retention and churn reduction
