Operations Manager with Clearance

Job Summary

To support a large government facilities Operations and Maintenance IDIQ contract, the full-time Operations Manager with Clearance will manage internal and external contractors, oversee daily operations, and ensure compliance with safety regulations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance and troubleshooting
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze operational data to implement corrective actions
• Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians, including performance evaluations and training

Required qualifications

• Minimum of an associate's degree in a related discipline or equivalent training/certifications
• At least 15 years of experience in CFS support services or facilities management, with 5 years in large facilities operations
• Possession of a Top-Secret security clearance
• Demonstrated skill in building relationships and effective communication with all levels of personnel
• Experience in budget management and cost control measures
