Job Summary

A company is looking for an Ops Meeting Planner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of meeting programs from concept to completion, including budgeting and program execution
  • Lead discovery calls to understand customer meeting needs and engage all internal stakeholders
  • Conduct vendor negotiations and ensure timely contract execution for various event services
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent is required
  • Minimum of 3 years of meeting planning experience is required
  • Experience with Sabre GDS is required; Cvent experience is strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to perform basic math and read/interpret information
