Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Monitor.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and report on the stability and status of the 988 Lifeline
• Compile, analyze, and distribute data reporting requests and findings
• Manage the integration of data tools and alert staff on network stability issues

Required Qualifications

• Interest in mental health/suicide prevention and familiarity with the nonprofit sector
• Experience with developing and implementing data reports and tools
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with technology and a data-driven approach to operational improvement
• Ability to work cooperatively in a changing work environment
