Job Summary
Providing operational leadership for telephonic triage and after-hours care coordination, the full-time Operations Nurse Manager, RN will manage staff scheduling, workflow optimization, and performance management while ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee operational support teams and ensure performance expectations are met consistently
- Design and optimize scheduling and staffing processes to maintain reliable 24/7 coverage
- Collaborate with the Clinical Nurse Manager to align operational workflows with clinical protocols
Required qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in a compact state, Washington DC, California, or Connecticut
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's preferred
- Minimum of 3+ years of recent healthcare experience, including leadership in call center or telehealth settings
- 2+ years in a nursing leadership or management role
- Demonstrated expertise in data analytics and KPI monitoring
