Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Data Analytics, BI, Computer Science, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in analytics or data strategy
• 3+ years of leadership experience preferred
• Advanced expertise in Power BI and strong SQL (Oracle preferred) and Python skills
• Basic understanding of IT architecture, ETL processes, and data flows
