Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Capability & Performance Leader (OCPL).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the RTT and Pillar rollout plan with regional leadership
• Lead global networks to ensure standardization and benchmark across ASC sites
• Deliver operational performance targets and improve operations Plus standards at a global level

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, production, or manufacturing areas
• Extensive experience in leading an Operations Transformational Role
• Deep knowledge of IWS processes and materials
• Results-driven with strong analytical skills
• Experience in coaching and mentoring within a leadership framework
